Direct and motivate Fulfillment Associates, flex employees, and temp staff to meet specifications\nQuality Assurance - Conduct in-process audits, enforce quality standards, and stop production if needed to correct concerns\nData & Reporting - Verify and report labor data, complete job tickets, and track efficiency metrics\nTechnical Skills - Use EZPOP system/Hydra for preflighting and Excel for formatting\nFinishing Tasks - Packing, counting, labeling, shrink wrapping, and equipment operation\nSustainability -
