In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for setting up and running the press, monitoring quality throughout production, troubleshooting issues, and keeping equipment operating efficiently.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSet up and operate a 6-color offset press, including make-ready, press runs, and wash-up.\n\nInspect incoming paper, ink, and other materials to ensure they meet specifications.\n\nPerform press checks, make adjustments, and troubleshoot issues to maintain consistent quality.\n\nComplete first-piece approvals and required production documentation.\n\nPerform scheduled preventive maintenance on press equipment.\n\nAssist with feeder setup, stock changes, and other press support activities.\n\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety and PPE requirements.\n\nCommunicate quality concerns and stop production when necessary to prevent defective products.\n\nWork closely with team members to keep production running smoothly and meet quality and productivity goals.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n\nStrong knowledge of offset press systems, controls, and terminology.\n\nAbility to read and understand job tickets and manufacturing procedures.\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\n\nGood troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to accurately enter production information into the company’s system.\n\nCommitment to safety, housekeeping, attendance, and teamwork.\n\nPreferred: 5 years of offset press experience.\n\nWhy This Role?\nThis is a great opportunity for an experienced press operator who enjoys hands-on work, solving production challenges, and taking pride in producing high-quality finished products.
