Serigraph is looking for a Quality Auditor Working Lead to oversee product auditing activities while providing leadership, training, and support to our quality inspection team.\nIn this hands-on leadership role, you'll help ensure our products consistently meet customer expectations and Serigraph's quality standards. You'll work closely with Quality Engineers, train team members, maintain inspection standards, and play a key role in continuous improvement throughout our manufacturing process.\nIf you enjoy leading by example, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do\nLeadership & Team Development\nProvide day-to-day leadership and support for Product Auditors.\nTrain, coach, and develop auditors and inspection personnel.\nParticipate in employee performance evaluations and development activities.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality department.\nQuality Assurance & Product Auditing\nAudit finished products to approved inspection standards.\nReview and inspect parts placed in questionable material areas.\nAudit spoilage from new inspectors and temporary employees to ensure proper inspection practices.\nAssist in maintaining and updating inspection standard books in partnership with Quality Engineers.\nTrain auditors and inspection leads on new and revised quality standards.\nProcess Improvement & Documentation\nIdentify gaps in quality tools and collaborate with Quality Engineers to develop solutions.\nSupport the creation and maintenance of masks, templates, fixtures, and other inspection tools.\nDevelop and update work instructions as needed.\nSupport Serigraph's quality management systems and inspection processes.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nPerform quarterly lighting validations in inspection areas.\nCreate and maintain product retain samples and records.\nServe as backup for Receiving Inspection activities.\nSupport corrective action effectiveness reviews with Quality Engineers.\nPromote waste reduction, process control, sustainability, and environmental compliance.\nFollow all company safety policies and procedures.\nWhat We're Looking For\nPreferred Qualifications\n1+ year of manufacturing or quality assurance experience.\nExperience training and mentoring employees.\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization.\nProficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.\nPreferred Education & Training\nBlueprint reading/training.\nExperience with Microsoft Office applications.\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in a business or related field is a
