The purpose of this position is to ensure production continuity, guarantee product quality, and contribute to operational performance in line with company standards and procedures.\nMain Tasks and Responsibilities\nOperate and monitor the machine and its components to ensure efficiency and quality, and support experts during troubleshooting when required.\nManage color change processes, adjust and set blow pins, clean the mixer, perform basic daily repairs, and carry out weekly and monthly maintenance on the machine and its auxiliary equipment.\nKnow and set machine process parameters, and perform recipe setup and changes.\nEnsure proper handling of both raw materials and post-production materials.\nPerform product checks using measuring instruments, follow the control plan, and record results accurately on the relevant forms.\nSupport technical staff in resolving minor issues affecting product quality and production, focusing on how specific parameters impact the final result.\nAct as Deputy Shift Supervisor when required.\nTechnical Skills\nGood knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM).\nGood applied knowledge of measuring instruments and techniques.\nAbility to operate manual and electric forklifts.\nBasic applied knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and/or electronic systems.\nBasic knowledge of WCM standards.\nBasic knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment rules and practices.\nPersonal Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset.\nTeam player with good communication skills.\nDetail-oriented and result-driven.\nResponsible and improvement-oriented.\nEducation and Experience\nDiploma in electrical or mechanical studies.\n This position is based in Konya.
