If you are looking to take an active role in ensuring product quality and hygiene while working closely with production and quality teams, join us and grow with us.\nThe Quality Controller reports to the Quality Manager and is responsible for ensuring the quality and hygiene of the final product in accordance with company standards and procedures.\nMain Tasks and Responsibilities\nPerform controls according to the quality control plan for each product, including during technical interventions and product industrialization processes, using laboratory instruments such as scales, calipers, thickness gauges, top load testers, and torque meters.\nIdentify and sort defective bottles, contribute to decisions regarding batch disposition, and support the evaluation of quality issues.\nCheck incoming materials against quality specifications and verify the compliance of related documentation.\nRecord and verify quality measurement information in the relevant forms and systems, and promptly report any issues to the direct supervisor.\nPrepare production stock labels.\nPerform calibration and cleaning of measuring instruments used in production and laboratory areas.\nOperate and run relevant programs on the CMM machine.\nFollow company Health, Safety, and Environment rules and practices and maintain order, cleanliness, and workplace hygiene in assigned areas.\nFollow and contribute to the implementation of 5S standards.\nEnsure proper information sharing and report relevant quality issues to the Quality Manager.\nCommunicate and cooperate with the Quality team and other business functions to ensure the quality and hygiene of the final product and contribute to a high-performance culture.\nTechnical Skills\nExcellent applied knowledge of measuring instruments and measurement techniques.\nGood knowledge of plastic manufacturing technologies (EBM and/or Sleeve).\nGood knowledge of ISO 9001 and EN 15593 standards.\nBasic knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment rules and practices.\nBasic knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and statistical analysis.\nBasic knowledge of English.\nPersonal Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset.\nTeam player with good communication skills.\nDetail-oriented and result-driven.\nResponsible and improvement-oriented.\nEducation and Experience\nAssociate’s degree or equivalent experience.\nMinimum 3 years of experience working in an ISO-certified Quality Laboratory within a manufacturing company, preferably in the plastics industry.\nThis position is based in Konya.
