infrastructure across all of our environments from production to dev\nBuild a cloud-agnostic Infrastructure-As-Code approach structure as we expand\nFacilitate and carry out deployments across all of our environments\nContribute to the infrastructure architecture and best practices for the applications we deploy\nWrite software tools and systems to automate, explore and report on our infrastructure\nAutomate collection and analysis of metrics from distributed systems to assist in performance tuning and fault finding\nDesign and implement foundational infrastructure components used by every engineering team (e.g. dynamic configuration, secrets storage, container orchestration, etc)\nProvision accounts and equipment\nCompose and maintain detailed technical specifications and diagrams\nPerform root-cause analyses of under-performing infrastructure\nDive into code and logs with engineers as technical challenges arise\nDevelop proofs of concepts as needed\nKeep current with engineering best practices, design principles, technology, security, and compliance in order to apply that knowledge to all of the responsibilities above\nRequirements (What we’re looking for)\nBachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar engineering major.\n2+ years of experience as a Technical Operations Engineer or in a similar technical operations role (e.g. DevOps, NetOps, SecOps, SysAdmin, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineer)\nHigh proficiency engineering with Infrastructure-as-Code principles\nExperience engineering infrastructure for a SaaS product/platform\nExperience engineering cloud-based infrastructure\nExperience engineering infrastructure using message/event queues\nExperience engineering infrastructure using containers\nExperience engineering with Terraform and Ansible\nExperience with multiple frameworks, databases, services, and tools\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nExperience working as a member of a highly-collaborative engineering team\nExperience communicating directly with clients\nValid US work authorization\nAccepting applications from Mid-West and East Coast States, USA only\nBonus Points\nStrong foundation in Information Security\nHealthTech experience\nMaster of Science degree in
