This pivotal role lies at the intersection of product knowledge, customer success, and sales enablement - playing a critical part in identifying expansion opportunities and driving customer satisfaction through proactive support and solutioning.\n\nResponsibilities : \n\nSales Support : \n\n- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and business challenges.\n\n- Participate in discovery sessions, requirement workshops, and customer meetings.\n\n- Provide expert guidance on product features, capabilities, and fit to business problems.\n\n- Deliver high-quality demonstrations.\n\nSolution Design Documentation : \n\n- Prepare and deliver responses to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires.\n\n- Work with product and engineering teams to create feasible solution configurations.\n\nProduct Domain Expertise : \n\n- Maintain deep knowledge of company products, competitive landscape, and market trends.\n\n- Provide feedback to product teams on customer requirements and enhancement opportunities.\n\n- Assist in creating pre-sales assets such as slide decks, solution blueprints, and demo environments.\n\n- Ability to create POCs based on the client's requirements.\n\nCustomer Engagement Relationship Management : \n\n- Build trusted relationships with prospects and key stakeholders.\n\n- Act as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.\n\nEducation Experience : \n\n- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.\n\n- Preferred from the Ed-Tech domain.\n\n- Ed-Tech Higher Education knowledge is a key advantage.\n\n- Candidates with rich experience in the ERP domain.\n\n- Good communication skills.\n\nSkills Competencies : \n\n- Deep understanding of product lifecycle, Agile development methodologies, and feature prioritization frameworks.\n\n- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret product usage and customer behavior.\n\n- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\n- Experience in SaaS, customer success, product marketing, or a similar role.\n\n- Ability to understand and clearly explain complex product features and benefits.\n\n- Self-starter with a growth mindset and customer-centric approach.\n\n- Excellent collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.\n\n- Experience working in fast-paced environments with complex enterprise products.\n\nDesirable Attributes : \n\n- Experience with education software, ERP systems, or large-scale enterprise solutions.\n\n- Familiarity with tools like JIRA.\n\n- Strong presentation skills - able to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nWhat We Offer : \n\nAt Serosoft, we believe in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
