About the job

Sertis is looking for a senior Product Manager to be embedded at one of our enterprise client sites. You'll be owning the product roadmap for a large-scale consumer mobile app - think super app territory, with e-commerce, loyalty, and digital payments all living under one roof.

This is a senior role for someone who's managed complex app ecosystems before and is comfortable driving strategy while staying close to execution.

In this role, you will get to:

• Own the product roadmap and vision for a multi-service mobile app, balancing feature priorities across several service verticals
• Be the connector between business stakeholders, designers, mobile tech leads, and QA; turning messy requirements into clear user stories
• Define and track key product metrics (MAU, DAU, retention, conversion) and use A/B testing and data to keep improving
• Lead sprint planning, manage the backlog, and make go/no-go calls on feature releases
• Drive user research and stay close to customer feedback to inform what gets built next

 You’ll be successful if you have:

• At least 7 years in product management, ideally with experience on mobile apps, super apps, digital wallets, or retail-tech platforms
• Comfortable running Agile/Scrum and managing backlogs in tools like Jira and Confluence
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar
• A solid understanding of mobile app architecture, mini-apps/micro-frontends, and how e-commerce, loyalty, and payment systems work together
• Strong communication skills: you can present a roadmap to executives as clearly as you can write a user story for an engineer
• CSPO, PSPO, or similar certifications are a plus
