serve as Manager on Duty when needed.\nCoach, train, and motivate team members while reinforcing company standards and best practices.\nMonitor project progress and help ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.\nBuild positive relationships with customers, store leadership, and team members.\nPromote a culture of safety by modeling safe work practices and maintaining clean, organized work areas.\nUtilize company technology and reporting systems to support daily operations and project execution.\nDesired Skills & Qualifications:\nAssociate degree or equivalent work experience.\nTwo or more years of retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred.\n\nPrevious leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.\n\nStrong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.\n\nExcellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.\n\nFlexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.\n\nWillingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned, both in the local pod and the wider region \nDepending on the specific position, a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and a Department of Motor Vehicles check may be required.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to stand and walk throughout the entire shift.\nFrequently bend, stoop, kneel, squat, reach, and climb a step ladder.\nLift and carry products weighing up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.\nSafely move carts, fixtures, and merchandising equipment as
