and other in-store assignments.\nKeep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.\nGreet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.\nWork collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.\nUse technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.\n\nMaintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.\nAdapt to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work.\nDesired Skills & Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.\nRetail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\nDependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\nFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.\nWillingness to travelbetween locations as scheduled and assigned (if needed), both in the local pod and the wider region\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to stand and walk throughout the shift.\nFrequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, and climb a step ladder.\nLift and carry products weighing up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.\nSafely move
