Come create excellence with Servbank.\nRequirements\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nProcess vendor invoices and review for compliance with company policies.\nEnsure invoices are appropriately coded to departments, cost centers, and general ledger accounts.\nManage invoice workflow and approval routing processes.\nMaintain vendor master records, including new vendor setup, validation, and periodic review.\nProcess ACH, wire, and check payments while ensuring adherence to internal controls.\nResearch and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and vendor inquiries.\nMonitor aging reports and ensure timely payment of obligations.\nPerform monthly balance sheet reconciliations related to accounts payable\nAssist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.\nSupport annual financial statement audits and regulatory examinations through preparation of schedules and supporting documentation.\nServe as a super user for AP systems and related accounting applications.\nSupport the AP system migration, including:\n- User acceptance testing (UAT)\n- Data validation and reconciliation\n- Workflow design and optimization\n- Training documentation and end-user support\n- Post-implementation troubleshooting\nIdentify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.\nAssist in the development and maintenance of AP policies, procedures, and internal controls.\nSupport vendor management and third-party risk review processes.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.\n3-5 years of accounts payable and/or general accounting experience.\nExperience within a bank, financial institution, or regulated industry preferred.\nExperience supporting system implementations or conversions is highly desirable.\nEEO Statement:\nWe’re an equal opportunity employer.
