This position will also assist Service Consultants with opening repair orders and active deliveries as needed.\nResponsibilities:\nConfirm customer appointments and service needs\n\nPrepare loaner agreement and ensure customer has valid driver’s license and insurance documents\n\nTrack loaner vehicle mileage and perform vehicle walk around with customer\n\nEnsure loaner vehicles are cleaned and fueled. Maintain vehicle fuel log\n\nDocument loaner vehicle damages and follow-up with customer or insurance company for payment of damages\n\nPrepare daily loaner vehicle report\n\nSubmit radios claims on a timely basis\n\nPack and ship returned radios to vendor\n\nOrder replacement radios and arrange for radio installation appointment when new radio arrives\n\nPrepare and submit Krex claims and monitor status of payment\n\nReceive and resolve customer complaints and/or route to appropriate individual or service manager for resolution\n\nAssist Service Consultants with opening report orders and actively delivery as needed\n\nProvide clerical support to the service management team\n\nRequirements:\nHigh school graduate or equivalent\n\nMinimum six months of general clerical or customer service work experience\n\nAuto dealership service department experience preferred\n\nProficient with Microsoft Word and Excel\n\nDealership management system experience and/or DealerTrack experience preferred\n\nAccurate typing\n\nStrong communication and customer relations skills\n\nMust be detail oriented, able to multi-task and be a team player\n\nAt Servco, we’re committed to providing valuable mobility solutions to empower people through the freedom of movement and opportunity.
