The role provides forward-deployed engineering (FDE) support, hands-on data and dashboard development, and light application development to update features or build prototypes ahead of formal App Dev team involvement. The role also provides business and systems analysis, technology project coordination, and operational process analysis for Hawaii Retail team operations.\nKEY OUTCOMES:\nTechnology Strategy & Roadmap\nDevelop familiarity with Auto Retail systems, platforms, integrations, data sources, and approved technology priorities.\nSupport assigned roadmap activities by providing analysis and recommendations within established business objectives.\nTechnology Projects, Platforms & Solution Delivery\nCoordinate assigned activities within Auto Retail technology projects and system changes from planning through implementation.\nMaintain project documentation and status updates, monitor risks and issues, and recommend or escalate next steps as appropriate.\nBusiness & Systems Analysis / Requirements\nAnalyze and document requirements for assigned business or system needs.\nIdentify process and system gaps and recommend practical solutions within established standards.\nData, Dashboards & Reporting\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance assigned dashboards, reporting, and data solutions; validate accuracy and communicate relevant findings.\nKPI / Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement\nMaintain and monitor assigned KPIs, analyze results, and recommend improvements.\nFDE, Prototyping & AI-Enabled Solution Development\nDevelop and iterate assigned data, dashboard, workflow, and light application prototypes using established methods.\nSupport the transition of validated prototypes to TIS/Digital Strategy or App Dev, as appropriate.\nUse approved AI tools to support analysis, prototyping, and project work, and validate outputs before use.\nSystems Integration / Data Flows / Automation\nMap and document application dependencies, interfaces, and data flows for assigned systems.\nIdentify routine integration, data movement, or automation gaps and recommend improvements.\nTesting, Validation & Implementation Readiness\nDevelop and execute test cases for assigned applications, integrations, and system changes.\nSupport user acceptance testing, document results, help resolve defects, and escalate implementation issues.\nData Integrity, Security & Compliance\nMaintain data accuracy, integrity, and security within assigned work.\nApply established security and data-handling requirements and escalate broader issues.\nStakeholder Partnership\nProvide technical and analytical support to retail teams and business stakeholders on assigned needs and recommend practical solutions.\nObserve operations at the source using genchi genbutsu principles to help ensure solutions meet business needs.\nCommunicate progress, recommendations, issues, and blockers.\nAdministrative / Operational Support\nProvide day-to-day administrative support for Hawaii Retail team operations as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.\nExperience with data analysis, dashboarding, business or systems analysis, process documentation, systems implementation, testing, or project coordination through internship, coursework, or project experience preferred.\nValid driver's license and clean driving record\nExperience in automotive retail or a similar industry a plus.\nFoundational knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.\nExposure to JavaScript, HTML, or similar application development languages.\nFamiliarity with Databricks or similar data platforms a plus.\nAbility and willingness to learn and use approved AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, or similar) to support data and application work.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.\nWorking understanding of project coordination and software/system testing concepts.\nCompetencies:\nAnalytical Thinking\nProfessional Judgment\nTechnical Proficiency\nCollaboration\nInitiative\nAttention to Detail\nAbout Servco:\nAt Servco, we’re committed to providing valuable mobility solutions to empower people through the freedom of movement and opportunity.
