This role requires the ability to contribute with minimal supervision, manage a high volume of work, and apply sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDraft, review, and revise commercial agreements, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, vendor and supplier agreements, customer contracts, purchase agreements, leases, service agreements, licensing agreements, and amendments\nPrepare first drafts using templates and playbooks; identify and escalate non-standard terms\nReview contracts against established guidelines and flag legal and business risks\nManage contract lifecycle in CLM system (e.g., LinkSquares), including intake, tracking, execution, and storage\nCoordinate internal approvals and signatures, including use of e-signature tools\nMaintain and update templates, clause libraries, and contract records\nCommunicate with internal stakeholders (procurement, sales, finance, operations) to gather information and resolve issues\nSupport high-volume contract workflows and assist in reducing backlog\nAssist with due diligence, audits, and reporting, including extracting data from CLM systems\nSupport compliance with internal policies and applicable laws and regulations\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate\n3+ years of experience supporting commercial contracts in a law firm or in-house legal department\nExperience with a range of agreements, including SaaS agreements, purchase agreements, and leases\nHands-on experience with contract lifecycle management systems (LinkSquares preferred)\nStrong familiarity with common commercial contract terms and structures\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a corporate legal department\nExperience administering or optimizing CLM systems (e.g., LinkSquares)\nWorking knowledge of privacy and data protection regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR)\nSkills and Competencies\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines\nClear and effective written and verbal communication\nPractical, business-oriented approach to legal support\nHigh level of professionalism and discretion\nSuccess Factors\nAble to independently handle routine agreements within a short ramp-up period\nConsistently applies templates and playbooks with minimal rework required\nContributes to improved contract turnaround times and reduced backlog\nAbout Servco:\nAt Servco, we’re committed to providing valuable mobility solutions to empower people through the freedom of movement and opportunity.
