Servco is looking for a Service Manager to lead a team of service professionals at our Maui Lexus and Subaru dealership. The Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring an efficient and profitable service department including planning, organizing, and measuring the day-to-day operations of the department. This position will also be responsible for building and managing an effective service team to achieve financial, employee, and customer satisfaction targets.\nResponsibilities:\nManage Service Consultants and motivate them to obtain sales and customer service index targets\nSupervise Dispatchers and Auto Technicians to ensure repairs are completed in a safe and timely manner\nDirect Lot Attendants to move vehicles and shuttle customers safely\nManage and ensure warranty administration staff completes paperwork accurately\nMonitor, report, and correct any safety or compliance issues\nRequirements:\nHigh school graduate or equivalent\nA.S. Degree in Auto Technology and ASE certification preferred\nValid driver’s license and clean driving record\nMinimum three years of auto dealership service management experience\nStrong leadership and customer service skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nWorking knowledge of auto dealership service management system\nDealerTrack and (Toyota/Lexus/Subaru) warranty processing experience preferred\nProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel\nStrong problem solver that is analytical and organized\nNatural leader who’s able to build teams and make decisions\nAt Servco, we’re committed to providing valuable mobility solutions to empower people through the freedom of movement and opportunity.
