This role involves managing HR tasks, ensuring compliance with\npolicies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. and\n\nscheduling interviews.\n\nManage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for\n\nemployees.\n\nMaintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and\n\ncompany policies.\n\nSupport payroll processing by coordinating with finance and ensuring accurate data.\n\nAddress employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.\n\nOrganize and participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.\n\nMonitor employee performance appraisal processes and assist in training and\n\ndevelopment programs.\n\nPrepare HR reports and analytics for management review.\n\nRequirements:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\n1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nKnowledge of labor laws and HR practices.\n\nProficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g.,
