Ensure this process covers all work.\nWork with site/campus leadership to develop and grow talent within the team.\nSupports site/campus team in all major and minor project works.\nWork with site/campus leadership to ensure healthy and safe working conditions.\nSupport training goals for the site/campus personnel. \nEnsure MEP activities are completed as required to meet the needs of peer groups and business objectives.\nProvide all necessary site Operational support to site Construction activities ensuring these projects are completed within agreed timeframes and without disruption to Data Center Operations.\nRequired Skills\nAssociate degree or technical trade certification (e.g., military, trade school), or Journeyman level training AND 5+ years of experience in mission-critical services (e.g., high-availability assembly/manufacturing/critical infrastructure environments such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related fields)\nFamiliar with the use of Microsoft Office applications.\nGood communication skills, both written and verbal\nCommitted to the delivery of excellent customer service. Self-motivated delivery of admin tasks Self-motivated, ability to work on own initiative. Punctual and reliable. Ability to work under pressure, with changing, and often conflicting, priorities to meet deadlines. A team player, able to work with SFR staff of all levels. Able to make sound decisions when needed.
