standards.\nEnsure all activities on site are carried out in accordance with Serverfarm Company Policies and Guidelines.\nRequired Skills\nMinimum of 7 years of experience in critical facilities operations within a hyperscale environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role\nExperience in maintaining all relevant mechanical and electrical equipment to clearly defined criteria\nAn understanding of the critical facilities environment, and the working restrictions applicable to such environments\nFamiliar with the use of Microsoft Office applications\nGood communication skills, both written and verbal\nAbility to work under pressure, with changing, and often conflicting, priorities to meet deadlines\nCompensation\nCompetitive compensation packaged offered, including bonus
