frameworks aligned with industry standards.\nOversee day-to-day physical security operations including access control, surveillance, and guard services.\nImplement and manage access control systems, CCTV, alarms, and monitoring platforms.\nConduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and threat modeling.\nLead security incident investigations and corrective action planning.\nDevelop and maintain incident response and escalation procedures.\nSupport audits, customer assurance activities, and regulatory compliance.\nManage security vendors, contracts, SLAs, and performance metrics.\nDevelop and deliver security training and awareness programs.\nEstablish KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nRequired Skills\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.\n\n3+ years of experience in physical security or risk management.\n\nExperience managing multi-site security programs.\n\nStrong knowledge of physical security systems and technologies.\n\nExperience supporting audits and compliance frameworks.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nDesired Skills\nCPP, PSP, CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications.\n\nExperience in data-center, colocation, or hyperscale environments.\n\nFamiliarity with SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and NIST frameworks.\n\nExperience managing large security vendors and
