distribution infrastructure is operated and maintained in a safe manner, to best industry practice and within manufacturers recommendations.\n\nMonitor power and environmental conditions within all critical spaces within the facility.\n\nPerform assigned maintenance tasks in accordance with SF practices utilizing the internal CMMS.\n\nAssist with planning and scheduling corrective maintenance activities\n\nEscort and support outside contractors, ensuring they are abiding SF work rules and processes\n\nRespond to site incidents, execute appropriate MOP/EOP documentation to resolve and/or mitigate issues and communicate to manage throughout event.\n\nSupport and follow all SF Change Control policies and procedures.\n\nPerform site rounds and report any issues found to site management.\n\nParticipate in construction and commissioning activities as directed by site management\n\nAdhere to all local, state and federal safety laws and requirements\n\nComplete other duties as assigned by the management team\n\nParticipate in and support MOP/SOP/EOP documentation process for site.\n\nParticipate in and support the development of site policies and standards\n\nWork with site team members to deliver 100% uptime of critical infrastructure\n\nRequired Skills\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n\nStrong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems\n\nAbility to read one-line diagrams and OEM documentation\n\nExperience working in a Data Center with proven success in delivering customer requirements in a critical technology environment\n\nEvidence of self-management and alignment with ever-changing priorities\n\nGood written and oral communication skills, tenacity, and working to a high level of accuracy\n\nOperating and maintaining chilled water-cooling systems\n\nOperating and maintaining DX cooling systems\n\nOperating and maintaining backup electrical systems such as UPS and generators\n\nOperating Building Management systems and Fire alarm and detection systems\n\nBuilding facility
