Servexo is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the front end of the recruiting lifecycle, from job posting through offer, for security officer, supervisory, and administrative positions.\nPosition Summary\nThe Recruiter is responsible for posting requisitions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, making hiring decisions, and extending offers through Paycom. This position works closely with Operations, Service Delivery, Human Resources, and Onboarding to meet staffing requirements on time and in compliance with contract requirements.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nPost and manage job requisitions in the Paycom ATS and syndicate to Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels\nProactively source candidates through job boards, resume databases, LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, veteran programs, and job fairs\nEnsure all candidates complete a Paycom application before advancing to screening\nReview applications and conduct structured phone and video screenings against position and contract requirements\nConduct interviews and make documented hiring decisions in compliance with EEO requirements\nPrepare and issue accurate offer letters in Paycom based on position and wage determination rates\nManage the offer acceptance window and ensure a complete handoff to the Onboarding team\nMaintain accurate candidate status on the Monday.com Recruiting Pipeline board\nPresent recruiting status updates during scheduled video meetings with camera on\nCoordinate with Operations, Service Delivery, Human Resources, and Onboarding on staffing priorities\nRepresent Servexo professionally in all candidate and internal communications\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum of five (5) years of full-cycle or front-end recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers\nDemonstrated experience in high-volume or hourly recruiting\nWorking proficiency in Paycom (ATS, applicant management, and offer letters)\nWorking proficiency in Monday.com or a comparable pipeline and project tracking system\nProficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) and video conferencing platforms\nExperience sourcing through Indeed, LinkedIn, and resume databases, including Boolean search techniques\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly on camera\nAbility to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field\nRecruiting experience in the security services, government contracting, or Service Contract Act (SCA) environment\nFamiliarity with state security licensing requirements and federal background investigation processes\nProfessional recruiting certification (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP, or PHR)\nWork Environment\nFully remote; candidates must reside in the State of Texas\nFixed schedule of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM CST, Monday through Friday\nCamera-on participation required for meetings and interviews\nQuiet professional workspace, reliable high-speed internet, webcam, and headset required\nBackground check required as a condition of employment\nBenefits\nMedical coverage with 50% of the premium paid by Servexo\nDental and vision coverage available\n11 paid holidays\nPaid vacation and paid sick leave\n401(k) retirement plan\nHow to Apply: Submit a completed application through the Servexo careers page in Paycom.
