We're looking for an energetic, customer focused Inside Sales Representative ( who thrives on helping people, enjoys sales without the pressure of cold calling, and is passionate about creating an outstanding customer experience.\nThis role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with customers, following up on opportunities, and helping homeowners protect their homes through our membership program.\nWork Location: Our office is conveniently located in Brea, California.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs our Inside Sales Rep, you'll be responsible for turning opportunities into sales while growing and supporting our Service Champions Membership Program.\nInside Sales Responsibilities\nFollow up on unsold plumbing estimates through phone, text, and email.\nBuild rapport with customers and answer questions about recommended services.\nOvercome objections by educating customers on the value of our solutions.\nPresent financing options and approved promotional offers.\nSchedule sold work with our dispatch team.\nMaintain accurate customer notes and follow-up activities in ServiceTitan.\nAssist with outbound campaigns for deferred maintenance and seasonal promotions.\nMeet or exceed monthly sales conversion goals.\nMembership Responsibilities\nPromote Service Champion’s Club Membership to new and existing customers.\nProcess new memberships, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.\nContact members regarding upcoming renewals and benefits.\nSchedule annual maintenance visits and membership services.\nHelp increase membership retention and customer loyalty.\nTrack membership performance and report key metrics.\nSupport marketing and promotional membership campaigns.\nWhat We're Looking For\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\nPrevious customer service or inside sales experience preferred.\nPlumbing, HVAC, or home service industry experience is a plus.\nComfortable discussing pricing, financing, and service options.\nOrganized and able to manage multiple follow-up opportunities.\nPositive attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset.\nStrong computer skills and ability to learn new software.\nExperience with ServiceTitan is preferred but not required.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nSuccessful team members in this role:\nConsistently convert unsold estimates into booked jobs.\nGrow Service Champion's Club Membership enrollment and retention.\nProvide outstanding customer service on every interaction.\nKeep accurate records and follow-up activities.\nWork collaboratively with dispatch, technicians, and management.\nHelp drive recurring revenue and long-term customer relationships.\nCompensation & Benefits\nWe offer competitive pay plus opportunities for performance-based incentives.\nBenefits may include:\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\nPaid Time Off\nPaid Holidays\n401(k) (if applicable)\nOngoing training and career development\nPerformance bonuses and incentive opportunities\nPay Range\n$22—$25 USD\nAbout Service Champions:\nA career with Service Champions can change your life.
