The successful candidate’s primary responsibilities will include: preparing, validating, and processing customer data load files, and load into the Service Experts primary customer billing system MSD. Other various functions of the role include processing transactions, files and batches related to payments, billing and rate management as well as researching and resolving exceptions and escalations in these key areas. The Billing Specialist will also play a key role in contributing towards Service Experts success by meeting business objectives, improving the performance of internal operation, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of operating practices and procedures to reduce risk and increase operational effectiveness.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist with billing preparation and invoice generation\nAssist with automated payment processes\nUpdate and maintain billing data in Excel spreadsheets and company systems\nReview customer accounts for accuracy (amounts, dates, service details)\nSupport account maintenance and documentation tracking\nHelp resolve basic billing inquiries by coordinating with internal teams\nOrganize and file billing-related information\ndaily mail (in/out) processes\nBanking deposits\nAll other billing task assigned\nRequired Qualifications\n0-2 years related experience\nExcel experience (comfortable with spreadsheets, formulas, V look-ups, pivots, sorting/filtering)\nBasic understanding of billing/invoicing concepts\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow processes\nClear written communication skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with accounting/billing software (not required)\nExposure to data entry, invoicing, or customer service roles\nAbility to work with deadlines and prioritize tasks\nWhat Do We Offer You as a Service Experts Employee?
