In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of plumbing duties, including installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong leadership skills.\n\nResponsibilities:\nInstall, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters.\nConduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify and diagnose issues or defects.\nInterpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan plumbing system layouts and installations.\nCollaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to discuss project requirements and timelines.\nEstimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for plumbing projects.\nCarry out installations and repairs of plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters.\nCut, thread, and bend pipes using appropriate tools and techniques.\nClean up job sites and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.\nWeld, solder, or join pipes using approved methods.\nTest plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning.\nTroubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions.\nAdhere to plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.\nMentor and provide guidance to junior plumbers and helpers.\nKeep accurate records of work performed and materials used.\nCoordinate with suppliers to procure plumbing materials and equipment.\nRequirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.
