The Senior Analyst will partner closely with business leaders to interpret data, track performance, and tell clear stories that support strategic decision-making.\nThe ideal candidate can analyze complex business problems, identify meaningful trends and performance drivers, and translate analytical findings into practical recommendations that support business decision-making. \n\nKey Responsibilities:\nAdvanced Analytics (~60% of Time)\nStrategy & Insight Generation: Apply advanced analytical methodologies to evaluate business performance, identify risks and opportunities, uncover root causes, and provide actionable recommendations that support operational and strategic objectives. \nBusiness Consulting & Strategic Partnership: Partner with business leaders to define key business questions, evaluate strategic initiatives, and prioritize analytical opportunities. \nData Discovery & Innovation: Evaluate and recommend enhancements to data assets, metrics, and analytical capabilities that strengthen business insights, decision-making, and organizational performance. \nAnalytics Enablement: Define KPI frameworks, reporting requirements, and dashboard design to enable consistent, data-driven decision-making. \nAnalytical Review & Validation: Apply a high level of attention to detail to evaluate analytical outputs, identify discrepancies, validate data integrity, assess calculation logic, and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability. \nCommunication & Influence (~40% of Time)\nCommunication & Storytelling: Develop compelling presentations, reports, and narrative documents that translate complex analytical results and model outputs into clear, actionable business stories for diverse audiences from frontline teams to executive leadership. \nOrganizational Influence: Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization, advocating for best practices in model consumption, insights application, and analytical rigor. \nCollaboration: Work closely with the Data Operations team to translate business needs into reporting solutions, providing guidance on metric definitions, data requirements, dashboard functionality, and user adoption. \nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and manipulation. \nProficiency in Python for data analysis. \nProficiency in Excel and PowerBI for reporting/visualization. \nExperience with Databricks or similar distributed computing/cloud platform. \nAnalytical Skills\nDeep expertise in statistical analysis, trend and variance analysis, segmentation, and translating data into actionable business recommendations. \nCommunication\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data and model concepts clearly to executive leadership. \nMeticulousness\nAbility to thoroughly validate data, analyses, and reporting outputs; identify discrepancies and gaps; and ensure accurate, reliable business insights. \nStakeholder Management\nDemonstrated ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, navigate competing priorities, and align analytical work to business objectives. \n\n\nMinimum Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in advanced data analysis, machine learning, or a related analytics role. \nMinimum Education: Master's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field required.\nEqual Opportunity Employer.
