problem-solving skills\nExperience with an HRIS database and excellent reporting skills \nAbility to maintain timelines and initiatives in a fast-paced environment\nResponsibilities\nMaintain and update employee records within the HRIS systems\nFacilitate the HR new hire orientation presentation and administer new hire paperwork\nResponsible for system administration and to administer I-9 Forms for new hires \nMaintain, update, and distribute the Company-wide organizational charts\nAdminister the workers’ compensation process and required postings\nEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment required postings and mandatory employee documents\nPrepare and distribute various scheduled and ad-hoc reports \nMaintain updates to the HR intranet pages\nMaintain updates to various HR databases\nAdminister various HR programs\nConduct audits on a scheduled and/or ad hoc basis\nRespond to employee inquiries and partner with manger on all escalations\nEnsure compliance with Company and HR policies and processes\nProvide support to others within the department\nPerform all other duties assigned\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED required \nBachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred\nHRIS administration experience required, specifically Oracle and Workday\n1-2 years of HR administration or related field experience
