the future.\nResponsibilities\nAzure & Cloud Services\nAdminister and support Microsoft Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity integration.\nManage Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), including user accounts, groups, access controls, and role-based access.\nMonitor cloud resources to ensure performance, availability, and cost efficiency.\nSupport hybrid environments integrating on-premises infrastructure with Azure services.\nActive Directory\nActive Directory Users and Computers (ADUC) management cleanup and organizational unit (OU) structure.\nGroup Policy Objects (GPOs) configuration management.\nSecurity & Compliance\nImplement and maintain security best practices.\nSupport backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.\nAssist with audits and compliance requirements.\nMitigation of vulnerabilities on servers and desktops, as identified by SOC.\nDocumentation & Collaboration\nMaintain accurate system documentation and operational procedures.\nCollaborate with IT support, network, security, and application teams to resolve incidents and implement changes.\nProvide Tier 2 / Tier 3 escalation support for complex technical issues.\nDesktop Deployment and Project Support\nAssist with large-scale projects, including mass hardware deployments and onsite high-level support of critical initiatives.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.\n3-7 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure support.\nStrong hands-on experience with:\nMicrosoft Azure\nActive Directory Users and Computers (ADUC)\nGroup Policy Objects (GPO)\nWindows Server administration\nExperience supporting hybrid cloud/on-prem environments.\nSolid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and documentation abilities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAzure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate).\nExperience with PowerShell scripting and automation.\nFamiliarity with Conditional Access Policy endpoint management.\nKnowledge of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).\nExperience in regulated or enterprise
