This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry. \nBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering), or equivalent practical experience. \n5+ years of experience in solution consulting, technical sales, or a related role. \nProven expertise in analysing complex business requirements and designing innovative solutions. \nStrong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain technical concepts effectively. \nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your message to various stakeholders. \nDemonstrated experience in building and nurturing client relationships. \nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. \nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively. \nExperience working with Federal Government, Public Sector, Defence and Intelligence \nBaseline security clearance or higher preferred \n Work Personas\nWe approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
