The team leads customer and prospect data initiatives using internal tools, and drives product improvements based on patterns and issues analysts identify in their day-to-day work.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn execution of the team's initiatives - ensuring efforts are properly resourced, tracked, and delivered within required timeframes.\nPlay a key role in prioritizing data resources across company-wide efforts, working closely with stakeholders across R&D, Product, Customer Success, and Sales.\n\nLead and develop a multidisciplinary team of highly skilled analysts.\n\nBuild strong partnerships with Product and CS leaders, acting as their trusted data advisor to help achieve shared business objectives.\n\n 2+ years of experience as a team lead of Data Operations, PMO, Technical Delivery Management or Product Analytics at a tech company (cyber security is a plus)\n\nExperience leading and/or working with team of data analysts is a plus (prior experience as a data analyst is a plus)\n\nStrong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills, with a track record of delivering under tight timelines\n\nSaaS/B2B company experience - a significant advantage\n\nFull professional proficiency in English, written and verbal - required\n\n Work Personas\nWe approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
