What you get to do in this role:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings processes across multiple verticals and geographies
• Partner with Sales, Analytics, Investor Relations and Corporate Strategy teams, to assess risks and opportunities impacting bookings and customer performance
• Deliver actionable reporting insights to senior leadership, while supporting executive OKR’s across the enterprise
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators to measure bookings health, pipeline performance, productivity, and growth trends
• Translate complex datasets into concise business insights that influence strategic decisions
• Support high visibility deliverables and reporting activities, including leadership performance reviews, earnings activities, and Financial Analyst Day
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting consistency, and governance standards
• Support implementation and enhancement of financial systems, dashboards, and analytical tools
• Champion automation opportunities within FP&A through Power BI, Snowflake, AI tools, RPA solutions, and scalable reporting processes

To be successful in this role you have:

• 7+ years experience
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• Interest understanding beyond the "what" as to the "why"
• Experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Sales Finance, Consulting, Investment Banking, or related analytical functions
• Financial modeling and reporting abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in working with large datasets and identifying trends / anomalies against expectations
• Expertise with Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, or similar analytical platforms

FD21

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $137,700 - $241,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
