ServiceNow is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Large Enterprise Account Executive to join our Mexico sales team.

This role is responsible for driving new business and expanding strategic relationships within some of the largest enterprises in Mexico. The successful candidate will lead complex sales cycles, engage senior executives, build executive-level partnerships, and help customers accelerate their digital and AI transformation journeys through the ServiceNow Platform.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on acquiring and expanding large enterprise accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CFOs, COOs, CHROs, and other executive stakeholders.
• Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through close.
• Create and manage a high-quality pipeline to consistently exceed quota expectations.
• Position ServiceNow's platform, AI capabilities, workflow solutions, and business transformation value to executive audiences.
• Partner with Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Channel Partners, and Executives to deliver compelling business outcomes.
• Lead strategic account planning and territory development activities.
• Understand customer business priorities and align ServiceNow solutions to measurable business value.
• Negotiate and close large enterprise software agreements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout their transformation journey.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 8+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota.
• Experience selling complex SaaS, Cloud, Enterprise Software, Security, Data, AI, or Digital Transformation solutions.
• Demonstrated success managing large enterprise accounts in Mexico.
• Experience engaging executive-level decision makers.
• Strong hunting and new-logo acquisition capabilities.
• Experience leading multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles.
• Ability to develop strategic account plans and executive relationships.

Preferred Experience

• Experience selling AI, Automation, Security, Risk, Cloud, CRM, ERP, Data, Analytics, or Workflow solutions.
• Experience selling into highly regulated industries such as Financial Services, Telecommunications, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Retail.
• Experience working with channel partners, GSIs, and ecosystem partners.
• Background in high-growth SaaS organizations.
