This is a highly technical, hands-on role and will be required to develop and maintain an expertise on the products and solutions deployed within the Customer's network.\nThe Platform Architect will be responsible for full platform management, including, but not limited, to the following activities:\nWhat You'll Do:\nWork in collaboration with the Armis TCSM to refine and translate complex requirements and execute on best practice solutions\nEnsure operational uptime of customer platform by performing health checks\nEnsure the customer deployments and configurations align with business use cases as defined by the TCSM and drive Armis adoption and implementation plans\nLearn and understand the customer’s business requirements and the threat landscape that is most applicable to their industry’s vertical sector\nBuild trusted relationships with relevant, technical users and manage stakeholders within assigned accounts\nProvide technical subject matter expertise where applicable according to the Resident Engineer area(s) of proficiency\nApply analytical skills and technical knowledge to solve product and network problems of moderate to high complexity.\nProvide technology/product training and intellectual property material as needed\nEffectively use moderate to sophisticated lab setups to recreate and solve problems.\nSubmit complete and accurate bug reports in your area of expertise.\nDetermine root cause and resolution for previously unknown problems.\nInteract across TCSM/CSM/Sales teams and development teams at peer level.\nAnalyze logs and events from the solution and provide threat analysis reports, providing input and direction as applicable. \nBuild custom security policies and application signatures; Interact with the Armis TCSMs to troubleshoot and diagnose cases\nMitigate web-based threats in a timely manner; \nSupport direct manager in managing business needs through weekly reports and Quarterly Business Reviews\n To be successful in this role you have:\n5+ years experience as full-time onsite Platform Archiect highly preferred or as a Professional Services Engineer, Consultant, or IT/Operations Engineering\n5+ years experience in a combination of the following; designing, deploying, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, debugging and coordinating Unified Communications products, devices, solutions, and technologies for small, medium, large and/or enterprise businesses\n3+ years experience working in Security/IT/Healthcare/ICT/Commercial sectors\nApplied knowledge of the Networking industry, products, and protocols.\nTrack record of successful problem solving and delivering known solutions with a high level of customer happiness.\nExperience analyzing, use and configuring medium to enterprise networks.\nAbility to work effectively in an interrupt driven environment and provide mentorship to other members of the work group.\nTypically requires BS in a technical field (CS/EE preferred) or equivalent plus 4 to 8 years related experience. \nRemote install support (Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays)\nProvide remote availability during scheduled install windows on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, aligned to customer change and maintenance calendars.\nAct as the technical escalation point for on-the-ground teams during installation activities.\nTroubleshoot issues raised in real time to keep installs moving on schedule.\nHands on keyboard support for new collector and policy configuration\nTechnical Skills\nB.S in IT, IS, CS, MIS, (or equivalent degree) and/or relevant industry qualifications (CISSP, Security +,CEH) desired\nUnderstanding of API based security and compliance standards\nFamiliarity/Experience in Cyber Security i.e Endpoint, SOAR, SIEM\nLinux Operating System basic operation and troubleshooting (i.e. Redhat Linux / CentOS)\nSecurity Certificates, SSL, TLS\nPython, C, C++\nNetworking (LAN/WAN, Routing/Switching protocols, Network Security)\n Work Personas\nWe approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
