And we're just getting started.\nJoin us to put AI to work for people.\nServiceNow is seeking an exceptional Pricing Operations Senior Analyst to drive pricing and packaging readiness across the ServiceNow product portfolio. In this role, you will own the end-to-end operational rollout of pricing and packaging for major releases and interim updates, including requirements gathering, cross-functional planning, policy documentation, enablement, and launch. You will partner closely with Business Units, Product Readiness, CRM, and Sales Finance to translate pricing strategy into executable operations.\nWhat you get to do in this role:\nLead the day-to-day pricing operations including intake, prioritization, and execution of pricing change requests\n\nServe as a trusted advisor to the field on ServiceNow pricing and product models, product configuration, programs, and policies\n\nRecommend ways to evolve pricing frameworks, processes, and operations to improve decision quality, sales velocity, deal desk scalability, customer satisfaction, and customer success\n\nDrive business model and pricing process innovation to accelerate growth\n\nHelp strengthen sales effectiveness and compliance with global pricing policies and pricing framework scalability\n\nBuild productive relationships and feedback loops with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Product teams\n\nPlan and execute process improvement initiatives across pricing governance, approvals, and exception handling\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for product managers and partner teams navigating the pricing and portfolio review process in service of launching new products or updating existing products\n\nOwn pricing and portfolio review documentation, including keeping all policies current, accessible, and clearly communicated to all relevant stakeholders\n\n To be successful in this role you have:\n4+ years experience in pricing operations or revenue management as a project manager or operations analyst\n\nAbility to quickly absorb technical product details and translate them into pricing and packaging solutions\n\nStrong intellectual curiosity and ability to understand and evaluate business constraints to ensure pricing strategies are operationally executable while managing potential risk\n\nExcellent knowledge of Cloud Go-To-Market and business models\n\nSolid understanding of business process management best practices to support business teams\n\nDemonstrated results in managing price portfolios to hit financial targets\n\nStrong data analysis skills using Excel and familiarity with dashboarding tools (PowerBI, Qlik), CPQ, proficiency with Microsoft Office including Project, Word, PowerPoint, and, Visio\n\nStrong verbal and written communication and presentation skills\n\nPrior experience handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment\n\nAbility to collaborate and work cross-functionally across many teams\n\nDesired Skills & Experience:\nBusiness process design, QA, project management, and/or Agile SDLC experience\n\nPrior experience with the ServiceNow platform\n\nPrior experience as a user or administrator of cloud-based software\n\n Work Personas\nWe approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
