You will join a team responsible for supporting customers and partners in developing enterprise Business Intelligence & Analytical solutions.\nYou will be expected to become a Pyramid platform expert in order to speak fluently on implementation best practices and recommendations that enable customers on adoption and how to maximize their experience, capabilities and ROI. This knowledge should also be leveraged to deliver best in class solutions for use at all levels of customer organizations.\nOur Solution Architects participate in a wide range of engagements including onboarding, mentoring, solution development and customer staff enablement.\nAssist clients with developing cloud or on-premise solutions for BI, advanced analytics and data science\nIdentify client future needs and work in close relationship with the CSM to create expansion and up sell activities\nTake ownership of projects and collaborate with multi-disciplined teams including client resources and colleagues\nInstilling trust & confidence with the client, ensuring commercial objectives are achieved\nAssist new clients in platform setup, data integration, user training and implementation best practice\n Proven experience in a Professional Services, Consulting or similar customer-facing delivery environment\nStrong stakeholder engagement and management skills gained in industry, management consultancy, or system integrator environments.\nDegree in Computer Science, Data Science (or related field) and/or 5+ years of BI & Analytics experience.\nExperience using Business Intelligence and Analytical tools (Pyramid, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc.) to develop Enterprise-grade reports and dashboards.\nDemonstrate experience in the design and development of data based solutions for analytics with related technologies (SSAS, SAP BW/ Hana, Snowflake etc.) and relevant languages (SQL variants, MDX etc.).\nExperience using Python with strong problem-solving abilities\nExperience working in regulated industries such as Finance, Healthcare or Public Sector is a plus.\n Work Personas\nWe approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
