You will combine full-stack software engineering, product thinking, and hands-on AI development to deliver reliable, scalable production capabilities.\nWhat you get to do in this role:\nOwn end-to-end development across user interfaces, backend services, AI capabilities, enterprise data, and integrations.\nPartner with product managers, designers, and domain experts to understand customer needs and determine where AI delivers meaningful value.\nBuild applications using large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), structured outputs, tool calling, and agentic workflows.\nDevelop conversational and multimodal experiences across web, chat, and voice, with attention to usability, context, latency, and reliability.\nIntegrate AI capabilities with enterprise APIs, data, and business workflows while enforcing security, privacy, and access controls.\nDesign multi-step AI workflows with appropriate autonomy, human handoffs, exception handling, and recovery.\nDevelop and refine prompts, system instructions, and tool definitions using evaluations and production feedback.\nBuild scalable application services with testing, observability, error handling, and performance optimization.\nPrototype rapidly and turn successful experiments into maintainable production software.\nUse AI coding tools effectively while maintaining engineering quality and security.\nProvide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and establish reusable development patterns.\n To be successful in this role, you have:\nA bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.\nA strong track record of building and operating production software, including hands-on experience developing AI/LLM-powered applications.\nFull-stack development experience spanning user-facing applications, backend services, APIs, and data models.\nStrong software engineering fundamentals in system design, distributed systems, testing, and production operations.\nPractical knowledge of prompting, context management, RAG, structured outputs, tool calling, and agent orchestration.\nExperience integrating applications with enterprise data, APIs, workflows, and external systems.\nAn understanding of AI application trade-offs, including latency, cost, reliability, hallucination, grounding, security, and data privacy.\nThe ability to use evaluations, tracing, and observability to diagnose failures and improve production behavior.\nStrong product judgment and the ability to take ambiguous customer problems from concept to production.\nEffective collaboration, communication, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience building agentic applications and multi-step autonomous workflows.\nExperience with conversational, multimodal, voice, streaming, or real-time AI applications.\nExperience delivering AI-powered enterprise workflows.\nExperience with AI coding agents, rapid prototyping, and developer productivity tools.\nForward deployment experience, working directly with customers to implement solutions and demonstrate measurable outcomes.\nExperience building products used by enterprise customers.\n Work Personas\nWe approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
