This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analysing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry\nBachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with 5-8 years of software industry experience\n1+ years of hands-on work with LLM prompting, agent design, and retrieval systems (RAG, semantic search,\nExperience integrating LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex, or similar), including tool/function calling, structured-output enforcement, and guardrails.\nExperience building and debugging evaluation harnesses and metrics for AI features, such as accuracy, reg detection.\nStrong JavaScript/Node.js , Python,Java, with solid data modelling and query optimization\n Work Personas\nWe approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
