This consists of maintaining existing third-party assurance programs already held by ServiceNow, as well as driving the analysis and adoption of new programs as directed by ServiceNow leadership. This role will work collaboratively with members of the Sales, Security, and Operations teams.\nThis role will also effectively monitor ServiceNow’s controls by understanding intent, and implementation of controls, as well as drive changes within the organization through effective testing. The successful candidate must be reliable, resourceful and have a “can-do” attitude.\nYou will be a key member of our team and play an important role in defining the Security and Compliance framework for a leading cloud company. In this role you will be required to demonstrate ability to analyse difficult problems, think out-of-box and provide pragmatic solutions and recommendations.\nServiceNow current compliance initiatives are focused on, but not limited regional programs such as Spanish ENS, French HDS, Italy QC2, UK Cyber Essentials Plus, and a deep understanding and experience with global programs such as ISO 27001, ISO 27018, PCI, and SOC 2. The Senior Cyber Security Compliance Analyst will be involved in driving and measuring compliance for the cloud business systems, control areas, process, and product for company compliance initiatives.\nResponsibilities:\nPerform activities to help measure and monitor compliance with company policies and procedures \nFacilitate certifier requests and information gathering for external and internal audits \nLead onsite and remote audits - both certification and customer audits \nConduct activities to comply with the various Government Cyber Security requirements within EMEA \nSuccessfully drive security compliance testing activities across various teams within the organisation \nLiaise with Risk Management and conduct security risk assessment activities \nHelp our customers understand ServiceNow’s security and compliance control environment \nContribute towards enhancing the GRC tool and processes to meet compliance business needs \n Qualifications\nExperience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry. \n8+ years working in the field of cyber security compliance, security risk or audit or similar experience plus education \nDirect and recent working experience with at least three of the following compliance programs: ISO 27001, PCI, UK Cyber Essentials Plus, Spanish ENS, France HDS, TISAX & C5 in Germany, and/or SOC2 \nPrior experience working in the Security and Compliance group at a SaaS/Cloud company or with Security and Risk practice of a Big Four firm \nRelevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM are desirable \nDemonstrated experience working in large projects \nExperience using a GRC system \nExcellent report writing skills, ability to prepare compliance reports and associated metrics \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills \nBe able to work effectively with other members of the GRC organization to drive results \n#SecurityJobs\n Work Personas\nWe approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
