We create an environment where our employees are proud to work and can make a positive impact\nRole summary\nEnterprise Security is hiring a Technical Program Manager to bring delivery discipline to three connected programs: Vulnerability Management, Configuration Management, and Attack Surface Management. You will manage the OKR and epic portfolio, keep priorities current, and make sure committed work is loaded into each engineering team's agile backlog, so delivery dates will hold.\nWhy this role matters\nThese programs span many teams and stay active for multiple quarters. Dependencies, shifting priorities, and unclear ownership can stall critical work. You will be the person who tracks, communicates, and resolves cross-team dependencies so engineers can stay focused on technical delivery, and leaders can focus on strategy and people.\nWhat you'll do\nManage the OKR and epic portfolio across all three programs, including creation, refinement, sequencing, and status tracking. \nLead ongoing reprioritization as scope and demand change and communicate trade-offs clearly to stakeholders. \nWork with team leads, so each team's agile funnel reflects current priorities and supports committed delivery dates. \nTrack dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams, and drive them to resolution or escalate early. \nProduce executive-ready status, risk, and progress reporting for the whole portfolio. \nRun gate reviews and go/no-go checkpoints for major milestones. \nModel team capacity against competing priorities and raise conflicts early. \nBuild repeatable standards, such as OKR governance and intake and planning templates, that scale across teams. \nQualifications\nExperience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry. \n12+ years of program or project management experience in software, security, or infrastructure organizations. OR similar experience with education. \nA track record of managing multi-team programs with competing priorities and dependencies. \nStrong working knowledge of agile delivery, including backlog, epic, and sprint planning in enterprise tools (such as ServiceNow Agile). \nExperience managing OKRs and tying delivery to measurable outcomes. \nExcellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting. \nThe ability to influence and align teams without direct authority. \n Preferred qualifications\nExperience in security operations, vulnerability management, configuration or compliance management, CMDB, or attack surface and exposure management. \nFamiliarity with regulated or government environments, such as FedRAMP and federal directives. \nExperience launching a new program, including defining metrics and reporting cadence. \nExperience with capacity planning and portfolio-level road mapping. \nPMP, SAFe, or similar certification (nice to have, not required). \nSuccess measures for the first 6 to 12 months\nA single, current OKR and epic view across VM, CM, and ASM. \nEach team's agile funnel aligned to committed delivery dates. \nCross-team blockers resolved on a predictable cadence. \nASM success measures defined, with regular reporting to leadership. \nA reduction in program coordination work carried by managers and engineers. \nWest Palm Beach Florida (WPB) is available to for Relocation. Full relocation costs are provided by ServiceNow\n#SecurityJobs\nFor positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $171, 900 to $300,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
