This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.\n2+ years of relevant design experience (internships included).\nAn inspiring portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design solutions, including identifying user needs, creating design solutions that address those needs, and validating solutions with end users.\nExperience working with design tools to create feature-level interactive designs, wireframes, and/or visual design solutions.\nA growth mindset that actively seeks learning opportunities and builds and extends core discipline skills.\nAbility to build trusting relationships through clear and open communication.\nExperience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.\nExperience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)\nWork Personas\nWe approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
