SCOPE OF ROLE:\nThe HCMS Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to Human Capital Management Solutions (HCMS) by maintaining employee records, handling HR inquiries, providing system support, supporting compliance activities, and departmental processes while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.\n2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nMaintains accurate and complete employee records by uploading, organizing, and managing employee documentation in DocuWare (the organization’s electronic document management system).\nMonitors and responds to employee inquiries through the HCMS Zendesk ticketing system, serving as a primary point of contact for routine questions regarding HR policies, procedures, systems, and general HR matters.\nSupports HR compliance and internal audit activities by gathering documentation, reviewing records for completeness, and assisting with requirements related to applicable federal, state, and organizational policies.\nMaintains a high level of data accuracy, confidentiality, and discretion when handling employee information and sensitive HR records.\nProvides day-to-day HCMS/HRIS user support and serves as a backup to HRIS Administrators by assisting with routine system inquiries, access questions, and basic troubleshooting, escalating more complex issues as appropriate.\nCoordinates logistics for monthly HR meetings, including calendar invitations, meeting arrangements, materials, catering, and other administrative needs.\nPartners with members of the HR team to identify and resolve routine operational issues and support consistent HR service delivery.\nQualifications\nREQUIREMENTS:\nREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nGeneral understanding of Human Resources\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy\nExcellent communication and organizational skills\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS\n\nUndergraduate degree in HR or Business\nInternship or 1 year of experience in HR, or operations\nFamiliarity with HRIS and ATS platforms (UKG, iCIMS, etc.).\nCompany Overview\nS:US IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER\nJoin a team of employees who care about the wellbeing of others.
