SCOPE OF ROLE: The Shift Supervisor provides supervision and training to residential aides and community coordinators. Supervision includes, but is not limited to, ongoing individual supervisory meetings; building inspections, ongoing feedback regarding job performance; coordinating work schedules, timesheets and requests for time off; coordinating work assignments; evaluating paperwork and documentation including the Security Log and Maintenance Work Order Log books; coordinating security and maintenance staff training, development and evaluation.May also be required to fulfill duties of residential aides and/or custodial personnel in their absence. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 2+ years of experience in Security or Building Maintenance is required. Ability to provide crisis intervention utilizing good interpersonal skills with a high level of maturity and responsibility Experience in office management and/or staff supervision is required.
