May be required to fulfill duties of residential aides and/or custodial personnel in their absence.\nResponsible for maintaining fire safety which includes:\nCoordinate Fire Safety plan and training all staff on Fire Safety Procedures and Building Evacuation.\nCoordinate monthly fire drills and maintaining fire drill logs.\nPeriodic building inspections checking for any fire safety hazards or violations and all systems related to fire prevention (centralized fire alarm panel, sprinkler system, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers). \nCoordinate servicing and documenting service/inspections of all fire safety equipment. \nComplete intakes with new clients\nCompete Incident Reports\nMaintain visitor log books\nOther duties as asigned\nQualifications\nF-80 -REQUIRED\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\n2+ years of experience in Security or Building Maintenance is required. \nAbility to provide crisis intervention utilizing good interpersonal skills with a high level of maturity and responsibility \nExperience in office management and/or staff supervision is required. \nExperience working in a large residential/institutional setting with a special need’s population is required. \nStrong writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills required.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS\nNYS Driver’s License preferred \nBilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred\nCompany Overview\nS:US IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER\nJoin a team of employees who care about the wellbeing of others.
