ServiceSource is an organization of talented people who drive innovation, embrace change, and strengthen communities.\nJob Summary\nSupervise, train, and support employees (participants) assigned to group supported employment or enclave. Maintain all requisite records and reports, including daily notes, goal tracking, case notes, attendance reports, and all other assigned reporting. Provide supports to various enclave sites. Drive a vehicle to the assigned job sites.\nPrimary Duties\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. These duties and responsibilities will be rated on the Annual Performance Review.\nOversee daily operations at the worksite, including supervision of a specific group of employees, fulfillment of contractual obligations and quality control of all work produced by enclave employees, while maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.\n\nWork cooperatively with the assigned Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist (VRS) in order to implement, monitor and review employee training programs and individual program plans. Consult with the VRS to provide crisis intervention support as determined by the interdisciplinary team or emergency situation.\n\nMaintain attendance sheets, daily notes, case notes, incident reports, production reports and timesheets for assigned individuals. This includes transporting necessary paperwork to supervisor for approval prior to any deadlines.\n\nParticipate in individual program plan review of assigned employees. Be a resource to the employee, family, and employer.\n\nProvide Person Centered Planning (PCP) by remaining knowledgeable of each assigned employee's program. Implement the initiate active participation in daily operations. Follow outcomes, strategies, protocols, etc., as written.\n\nAdditional Responsibilities\nEnsure assigned employees receive continual supervision and support.\n\nEnsure assigned employees meet all contract required production and performance goals.\n\nMaintain knowledge of contract requirements.\n\nMaintain regular communication with the work-site supervisor.\n\nAttend internal meetings when necessary\n\nUnderstand and comply will all ServiceSource and customer policies and procedures.\n\nProvide input/support in the areas of program development and implementation.\n\nAttend meetings with employees as assigned.\n\nMaintain familiarity with behavior management techniques.\n\nParticipate in all training required by funding source(s) and/or ServiceSource.\n\nPerform driving responsibilities for Enclave Transportation for both Virginia and Washington, DC routes.\n\nPerform other responsibilities as assigned.\n\nQualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s)\nRequired: High school diploma\n\nPreferred: Bachelor's degree in Vocational Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.\n\nRequired: One-year related experience working with individuals with disabilities or related field.\n\nRequired: Minimum three years' experience working with individuals with disabilities, including writing and implementation of PCP, crisis intervention and use of behavior management techniques.\n\nRequired: Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.\n\nRequired: Must hold or be able to obtain any government required clearance levels (e.g., secret, top secret, etc.) that apply or may become applicable to this position.\n\nRequired: Must be able to pass criminal and drug screening background checks to meet current government eligibility requirements that apply or become applicable to this position.\n\nRequired: Ability to maintain current First Aid and CPR certification.\n\nRequired: Per contract, valid driver’s license and good motor vehicle record (MVR).\n\nPreferred: Prior custodial experience.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nComputer knowledge in software packages and/or spreadsheet operations.\n\nKnowledge in the use of commercial cleaning solutions.\n\nKnowledge of Medicaid Waiver documentation requirements and regulations.\n\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
