For the majority of direct labor positions, ServiceSource will obtain documentation of a significant disability as per the JWOD Act.\nPay rate : $15/hour\nPart Time : 5.00 pm to 9.00 pm\nJob Summary\nThe janitor cleans and keeps in an orderly condition of duties that involve a combination of the following: Sweeping, mopping or scrubbing, and polishing floors; removing chips, trash, and other refuse; dusting equipment, furniture, or fixtures; polishing metal fixtures or trimmings; providing supplies and minor maintenance services; and cleaning lavatories, showers, and restrooms\nPrimary Duties\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. These duties and responsibilities will be rated on the Annual Performance Review.\nResponsible for the overall care of the building and the grounds and following proper cleaning procedures.\nVacuum, dust, sweep, mop, empty trash) around the different areas of the building on a daily basis.\nUse various equipment utilized in the process of daily housekeeping tasks, such as operate floor buffer machine and scrubber machine to clean rugs around the building.\nClean glass of all doorways and entrances to offices.\nMonitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after cleaning offices.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nNotify management of need for repairs when necessary.\nPerform other responsibilities as assigned. \nQualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s)\nHigh school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) preferred.\nPrevious experience in custodial field preferred.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nAbility to comprehend basic written and oral instructions.\nInternal and external customer service skills.\nAbility to cooperate with others, good personal and grooming habits.\nAbility to maintain a clean and orderly working area to maximize efficiency.\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
