Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher level staff. These duties and responsibilities will be rated on the Annual Performance Review.\nCoordinates the work activities for multiple functions to ensure satisfying delivery.\nResponsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.\nTracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to Senior Management.\nAssists with the selection, negotiation, and managing of all activities regarding external consultants or vendors.\nMonitor all budgeted project expenditures.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nEstablish communication calendar to update stakeholders on the progress of the project.\nInterface with project personnel on all routine matters pertinent to contractual obligations.\nPerform other related job duties as assigned. \nQualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s)\nHigh School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required.\nBachelor’s degree in related field preferred.\n2-4 years of related work experience required.\nSecurity Clearance and background check requirements, if applicable are determined by the contract.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nGreat problem-solving and analytical skills.\nAbility to manage multiple activities and prioritize multiple competing tasks.\nAbility to set priorities for self, team, and peers, and adjust when priorities change.\nProficient in Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to become familiar with corporate specific programs and software such as ZOOM and Microsoft Teams.\nAbility to solve practical problems and adapt to new information and guidance quickly.\nGreat verbal and written communication skills. \nDetail-oriented and able to carry out work with the highest levels of accuracy. \nAbility to work independently and as part of a team. \nGreat customer service skills.\nKnowledge of project management, timelines, deadlines, and follow through on finished products.\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
