The Data Validation Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data migrated from clients' previous software systems to FieldRoutes. This position involves collaborating closely with Implementation Specialists and our Data Integrity team to validate, audit, and address any issues encountered during the data migration process.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nWork closely with Implementation Specialists and clients to review data in the FieldRoutes database post-migration.\nConduct thorough audits of imported data to identify any discrepancies or errors.\nDocument and report data issues to the Data Integrity team for resolution.\nMaintain clear and timely communication with clients regarding the status of their data validation process.\nAttend client meetings alongside Implementation Specialists to discuss data validation findings and address any concerns.\nEnsure accuracy and completeness of data validation requests submitted to the Data Integrity team.\nJuggle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and priorities.\nProvide ongoing support to clients during scheduled follow-up calls, addressing any outstanding data validation issues.\nCoach Implementation Specialists on best practices and tips & tricks.\nWhat You’ll Need:\nEDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of work experience and education. \nEXPERIENCE: 1+ years of project management\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.\nStrong analytical capabilities for advanced problem-solving\nStrong attention to detail and ability to identify data discrepancies.\nAbility to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nSelf-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a focus on quality\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel\nExperience working with JIRA and Salesforce.com preferred, but not required\nExperience in Project Management\nQuick learner and willing to be flexible\nDeadline to Apply - October 12\nWhen you will work: Mon-Fri 5Pm - 2Am (Armenia)\nBe Human With Us:\nBeing human isn’t about checking every box on a list.
