As our Senior Billing Analyst, you will assist with the billing, payments, and contract management function for various ServiceTitan and affiliate products. In this high-impact position, you will partner cross-functionally across departments (Sales, Legal, Revenue Operations, Onboarding, Support, Success, AR/Collections) to manage client accounts, set up billing, track contract data, and address customer billing issues.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBilling Operations & Contract Management:Participate in both recurring automated customer billing and complex manual invoicing for new products and more complex enterprise customers, ensuring accurate pricing, usage calculations, and delivery schedules.\nPartner cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Sales, Legal, Revenue Operations, Onboarding, Support, Success, AR/Collections to manage client accounts, set up billing, track contract data, and address customer billing issues.\nReview contract terms to ensure accuracy in billing and Salesforce data before signing.\nWork alongside Collections specialists to resolve billing disputes, issue approved credit/debit memos, and accelerate cash collection on past-due accounts. \nAct as an escalation point for customer billing issues, conducting root-cause analysis to address recurring discrepancies. \nSupport internal teams on escalations and reconciliations to resolve any billing issues.\n\nMonth-End Close & Revenue Accounting:Assist with month-end close responsibilities related to billing and partner with Revenue Accounting to ensure revenue is appropriately recognized following US GAAP.\nSupport internal and external financial audits by maintaining clear documentation and audit trails. \n\n Systems & Migration Partnership:Identify gaps and operational bottlenecks in current billing workflows; lead initiatives to automate manual tasks and scale billing infrastructure. \nParticipate in billing software testing (UAT), Billing system implementation projects, and system rule updates.\nLead efforts to streamline billing processes across various entities. \n\nReporting & Ad-Hoc Analysis:Assist with various billing-related reporting, including ad hoc requests.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.\n Experience: 4-6+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or billing-operations experience (preferably in a B2B SaaS, tech, or high-volume environment).\n Knowledge: Deep understanding of contact management, order-to-cash processes, sales tax and basic revenue recognition (ASC 606) and accounts receivable principles.\nSystems & Software: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with Salesforce is a plus.\nExecution & Multi-Tasking: Strong ability to meet deadlines and multi-task within a fast-paced environment.\nCommunication & Collaboration: Strong written and oral communication skills, detail-oriented, and ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.\nBe Human With Us:\nBeing human isn’t about checking every box on a list.
