They also operate manufacturing machinery, monitor wire quality, and record fabrication data to ensure defect-free products as defined by industry regulations and customer specifications. Additionally, they transport wire and materials throughout facility on a forklift.\nTasks/Duties/Responsibilities:\nPrepare and setup machines for production by positioning the payoff, feeder, and take-up\nOperate the machinery by adjusting and maintaining production controls according to specifications\nMonitor the quality of wire during production and the finished product\nPerform routine lubrication of machinery parts and minor preventative maintenance\nObserve machine operation for equipment malfunction and report immediately\nRecord detailed daily production data\nMaintain safety standards and clean work environment\nAdditional duties as assigned by supervisor\nKnowledge/Skills/Requirements:\nHigh School Diploma/GED (General Equivalency Diploma) or one year related industrial experience or equivalent training\nDemonstrate strong basic math and measuring skills\nAbility to read, comprehend, and respond to general instructions, direction, and correspondence, both oral and written\nCooperatively works and interacts with members of the manufacturing department and other company employees\nMust be able to work in hot and cold environments without climate-control.\nIn-person attendance is an essential function of the job\nSchedule:\nMust be available to work the following times:\n- 1st Shift -
