HRMS Implementation & Enhancement\n\n- Manage implementation, rollout, and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors / HRMS modules.\n\n- Work with HR teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.\n\n- Support UAT, testing, and deployment of new features and releases.\n\n- Coordinate with global teams, IT, and vendors for system upgrades and issue resolution.\n\n2. HR Digital Transformation\n\n- Drive digitization of HR processes (onboarding, performance, payroll inputs, employee life cycle).\n\n- Streamline workflows, automate manual tasks, and improve process efficiency.\n\n- Prepare SOPs, training materials, and conduct system trainings for users.\n\n3. Data Management & Governance\n\n- Maintain accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employee data across HR systems.\n\n- Perform periodic audits and validation checks to ensure data quality.\n\n- Manage HRMS security roles, access rights, and compliance requirements.\n\n4. HR Reporting & Analytics\n\n- Build reports and dashboards using Power BI / Advanced Excel.\n\n- Provide HR insights, KPIs, and analytics to leadership for decision-making.\n\n- Support statutory and internal HR MIS requirements.\n\n5.
