are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our remote engineering team and contribute to AI-powered industrial safety, intelligent video analytics, and autonomous monitoring projects for our Saudi Arabia operations.\n\nWe are particularly interested in engineers who can take AI models beyond experimentation and successfully deploy them into real-world applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDesign, develop, train, and optimize AI and deep learning models.\n\nDevelop computer vision solutions for object detection, tracking, classification, and activity recognition.\n\nBuild AI-powered video analytics applications for real-time monitoring.\n\nDevelop detection algorithms for PPE compliance, unsafe behaviors, restricted-area intrusion, and industrial safety scenarios.\n\nWork with video streams from CCTV, IP cameras, drones, and robotic platforms.\n\nOptimize AI models for real-time inference on edge devices, including NVIDIA Jetson.\n\nIntegrate AI models with backend services, APIs, and monitoring dashboards.\n\nImprove model accuracy, reduce false positives, and optimize inference performance.\n\nPrepare datasets, manage annotation workflows, and evaluate model performance.\n\nCollaborate with robotics, backend, and software engineering teams.\n\nRequirements\n\n3+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Computer Vision.\n\nStrong proficiency in Python.\n\nHands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.\n\nPractical experience with YOLO or similar object detection architectures.\n\nStrong knowledge of OpenCV and image/video processing.\n\nExperience with object detection, tracking, and model evaluation.\n\nUnderstanding of deep learning architectures, training, fine-tuning, and optimization.\n\nExperience deploying AI models into production environments.\n\nFamiliarity with Linux, Docker, and Git.\n\nAbility to independently troubleshoot and optimize AI pipelines.\n\nGood English communication skills.\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience with NVIDIA Jetson, TensorRT, ONNX, or CUDA.\n\nKnowledge of RTSP streams, GStreamer, or DeepStream SDK.\n\nExperience with multi-camera video analytics systems.\n\nExperience with pose estimation, action recognition, or anomaly detection.\n\nFamiliarity with robotics and autonomous systems.\n\nExperience with cloud-based AI
